Using Gum

Gum is open source command-line software. You may use, copy, and modify it under the license in the GitHub repository.

You are responsible for the commands you run and the Google accounts you connect.

Google account access

When you sign in with Google, Google grants Gum the scopes shown on the consent screen. Gum currently asks for read-only Search Console access.

You can revoke access in your Google Account permissions page or run gum logout to remove local tokens.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only Google accounts you own or have permission to use.
• Access only Search Console properties you are allowed to inspect.
• Keep your machine, shell history, and token storage secure.
• Follow Google's terms and the rules that apply to your account or organization.

No warranty

Gum is provided as is. It may have bugs. It may return incomplete or wrong results if Google APIs change, your account lacks access, or your local setup is broken.

Do not rely on Gum as the only record for business, legal, financial, or compliance decisions.
