Gum connects local tools to Google APIs.
Gum is an open source command-line tool for developers. It runs on your machine. When you sign in with Google, Gum asks for read-only Search Console access so it can show data for sites you already verified.

Gum can read Search Console data for verified sites. Gum cannot change site ownership, settings, or website content.
Where data stays
Gum runs locally. It stores OAuth tokens in your operating system keychain. It does not send your Google user data to a Gum-operated server.
What Gum does
Gum lets you call supported Google APIs from a terminal or an MCP client. For Search Console, Gum can list verified sites and read Search Console reports after you grant access.
You control the account. You can revoke Gum from your Google Account permissions page or run gum logout.
